SPRINGFIELD, Mo. -- City police arrested a man and a woman on suspicion of shoplifting and assaulting the store’s employees who tried to stop them. The arrests happened at midday Thursday outside the K-Mart store on Kearney Street just east of Glenstone Avenue. Police are looking for another man who fled.
