Licking, Mo. -- Two turkey hunters were rescued from a field near Licking in Texas County Thursday afternoon. The Missouri Highway Patrol told KY3 News that Boiling Springs Creek rose up and cut them off from their vehicles. State Troopers and Texas County first responders along withe a highway patrol helicopter got the hunters to safety. One hunter was taken to a St. Louis Hospital to be treated for hypothermia.
