SPRINGFIELD, Mo. -- The Ozarks likely will deal with adverse winter weather late Wednesday and Thursday morning when a fast-moving storm arrives. As of Monday, conditions looked as if freezing rain and sleet could be the predominant precipitation in southwest Missouri and northwest Arkansas on Wednesday night.
