Ark. lawmakers to discuss schools' blocked efforts to arm teachers and staff

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) — Arkansas lawmakers are discussing school safety with superintendents of two districts that have been blocked from employing teachers, staff and administrators as armed volunteer security guards.
