SPRINGFIELD, Mo. -- The James River Basin Partnership has started a new effort to raise money for its programs. The "Dime-A-Glass" program involves customers at participating restaurants paying for their drinking water. The ten cent donation for their initial glass of drinking water will go to support the James River Basin Partnership.
