SPRINGFIELD, Mo. -- The carnage in a small town in Quebec is described by many as a war zone. More than 15 were killed, and 30 buildings were incinerated after a 72-car runaway oil tanker train jumped the tracks in Lac-Megantic, Quebec, and exploded.
