Springfield, MO - Diane Staudte of Springfield is accused in the poisoining deaths of her husband son, and with poisoining and injuring her daughter. Staudte is charged with two counts of first degree murder, and one count of felony assualt. Her husband, Mark Staudte died in April of 2012. Their son, Shawn, died last September. Their daughter, Sarah, is hospitalized in Springfield. She is expected to survive, but could suffer permanent injuries. In court documents, Staudte admitted to poisoining them all with antifreeze.
